These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradeRefinery, an AI Trading Performance Operating System provided by METAtronics LLC ("METAtronics," "we," "us," or "our") and operated through Black Haus Capital. By creating an account or using TradeRefinery, you agree to these Terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing traderefinery.ai, app.traderefinery.ai, or any associated services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using TradeRefinery on behalf of an organization (such as a prop firm, fund, or family office), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
TradeRefinery is an AI Trading Performance Operating System that provides trade journaling, performance analytics, AI session debriefs, Rules Adherence Scoring, behavioral drift detection, and governance reporting. The platform is designed for individual traders, trading desks, prop firms, and institutional capital allocators.
Key capabilities include:
- Native MT5 trade import and multi-platform CSV support
- AI-powered session debriefs with actionable weekly improvement tasks
- Rules Adherence Score — real-time discipline measurement
- Behavioral drift detection and early warning alerts
- Performance dashboards, equity curves, and profit calendars
- Multi-seat governance architecture for desks and institutions
- Audit-ready compliance and governance reporting
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@blackhauscapital.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING
Plans & Pricing
- Base: $29/month — Individual traders
- Pro: $59/month — Active traders (7-day trial for $1)
- Scale: $179/month — Serious traders with rules enforcement
- Professional Desk: $1,250/desk/month — Multi-seat governance
- Institutional Suite: $2,500+/month — Custom enterprise agreements
Trial Terms
The $1 Pro trial provides full Pro tier access for 7 days. A valid payment method is required. After 7 days, your subscription automatically converts to the Pro plan at $59/month unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You will not be charged beyond $1 if you cancel within the trial window.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically. Annual plans are available at a 15–20% discount and are billed annually in advance. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: No partial-month refunds. Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available within the first 30 days at our discretion. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use TradeRefinery for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from TradeRefinery without authorization
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to TradeRefinery or its outputs
- Upload malicious code, manipulate data, or interfere with platform operations
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account
- Use AI debriefs, Rules Adherence Scores, or governance reports to provide financial advice to third parties without proper licensing
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property in TradeRefinery — including the platform, AI models, Rules Adherence Score methodology, behavioral drift detection algorithms, interface design, and documentation — is owned by METAtronics LLC. "TradeRefinery," "Rules Adherence Score," and the TradeRefinery logo are trademarks of METAtronics LLC.
You retain ownership of your trading data. By using TradeRefinery, you grant us a limited license to process your trading data for the purpose of delivering our services (analytics, AI debriefs, scoring, reporting).
7. TRADING DISCLAIMER
TradeRefinery is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment manager. The platform is a performance analysis and governance tool. It does not execute trades, provide financial advice, or make investment recommendations.
AI session debriefs and Rules Adherence Scores are analytical outputs based on your historical trading data. They are not guarantees of future performance. Past trading results do not guarantee future returns. All trading involves risk, including the risk of total capital loss.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. TradeRefinery provides infrastructure for discipline and governance — not trading signals, buy/sell recommendations, or market predictions.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TradeRefinery is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, METAtronics LLC and Black Haus Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of TradeRefinery.
Our total liability for any claim related to TradeRefinery shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless METAtronics LLC, Black Haus Capital, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of TradeRefinery, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.
10. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting info@blackhauscapital.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to TradeRefinery will end at the conclusion of your current billing period. Your data will remain accessible for 30 days after termination, during which you may export your trading data. After 30 days, data is scheduled for deletion.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of TradeRefinery after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
